Now we have supplied three specialist animal cremation systems
They say that there is no better business than repeat business. After all, a repeat order confirms the quality of the products, the dependability of the service provided, plus the value for money and the satisfaction that the customer or client has previously received. So when Tierkremation Eduard Reininger recently contacted us to order their third animal cremation system we have to admit that we allowed ourselves a small smile of satisfaction.
We originally supplied a Matthews IEB16 pet cremator to this progressive and ambitious pet crematorium business several years ago and over the course of all its time in service the IEB16 has performed with outstanding reliability, efficiency and has more than satisfied Austria’s strict environmental compliancy legislation. The Matthews IEB pet cremation systems are engineered in our UK based workshops and are designed to provide high specification performance at a very competitive price.
This was the very first dedicated equine cremator to be commissioned across the whole of Austria, and the Surefire® SA50 is internationally acclaimed as one of the most effective and environmentally responsible animal cremation systems available today.
With a heavy steel shell, high-grade refractory lined chimney, full size interlocked load/ash door and high performance combustion process, it answers every question and ticks every box.
The new Surefire® SA50 equine cremator was recently delivered and commissioned into the Reininger’s excellent new bespoke animal cremation building, but before we installed it we also had to relocate the existing IEB16 into the new premises.
Once again, so satisfied were the Reininger family with their new animal cremation system that they quickly contacted us to order a third unit. This time they specified an IEB20 pet cremator, which is not only larger, but has a higher load capacity than the original IEB16.
The newly completed IEB20 was shipped out to Austria last week, while at the same time two of our engineers: Matt Mills and Andy Smith, loaded up their van ready to drive to Austria where they were to meet the new IEB20 for installation and commissioning.
Whilst they are on site, Matt and Andy will also switch off and strip down the original IEB16 in order to carry out a full refractory reline and to restore the faithful animal cremation system back to tip-top condition and ready to resume active service in this increasingly busy animal crematorium.
