Our new budget-level brand incinerator solves a hospital waste management problem in Guinea.
It is only a little over two months since we announced the launch of our new competitively priced Allburn range of waste incinerators, but already this cost-conscious concept has proved to be so attractive that we have completed our first order and it is now ready for shipment to Guinea in West Africa.
We introduced the Allburn brand in a bid to meet the requirements of those customers who, whilst recognising the outstanding quality and superiority of our world-acclaimed Surefire range of waste incinerators, simply did not have the budget to afford our top of the range technology. Consequently we designed the Allburn range and while significantly reducing the cost we have in no way compromised on engineering or performance.
When we announced the introduction of the Allburn brand we very quickly received a rush of enquiries, mainly it has to be said, from the more remote regions of the world where price, simplicity of operation and ultra reliability is just as important as performance.
The first of these orders to be completed is for an Allburn 3 built to meet the specialist hospital waste management requirements of a medical centre in Guinea. Designed for the efficient and cost-effective disposal of both bio-medical and general waste, this high-performance 50 kilograms per hour incinerator incorporates a solid hearth, refractory lined combustion chamber with a secondary chamber designed to remove all toxic and environment threatening emissions before they are vented to the atmosphere. The incinerator is powered by a diesel-fired temperature controlled ignition burner, which uses a reliable and readily accessible fuel that is available even in the most remote regions.
The other major factor that without doubt appealed to our customer is that we have integrated this Allburn incinerator into a standard 20 foot ISO shipping container. Not only does this provide the ideal freighting solution, but as a totally self-contained hospital waste management unit it is easy to locate on site, service and operate.
One of our engineering teams will be on hand to meet the incinerator container unit at its destination where they will ensure that it is properly installed, expertly commissioned and fully tested prior to the final handover. Our team will also provide on-site training for the locally based operatives.
The Matthews Allburn range of waste incinerators is already proving that it meets an international demand for responsible, reliable and cost-conscious waste disposal.
