Following the cremation cycle the remains that are removed from the cremator chamber consist of small fragments of brittle bones, but what the bereaved family or pet owner wish to receive are not recognisable bones. Instead they want to reclaim the ashes, which is like a coarse powder and this is where remains processing comes in.
The remains from the cremator are collected and transferred to an electric cremulator processor that will quickly grind the bones into the required ash form that can then be packed into a casket or urn ready to be returned to the bereaved family or pet owner.
Matthews Environmental Solutions can supply a number of options to suit the size and capacity of the crematorium, whether human or pet. Each of the different models, specially designed and manufactured to meet all legal and practical requirements, is robustly constructed and is designed for the rapid and efficient processing of the remains.
Operation is simple, safe and secure.
