Do not think though that our agents are simply sales offices, because they are not. To become a Matthews Environmental Solutions agent a company has to prove its engineering and technical credentials because a key element of its service is to analyse a customer’s exact requirements, and to work with them – and us – in preparing the exact specification. Then they are responsible for the installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance of the plant to ensure one hundred percent satisfaction for their customer.
