Our new customer was so impressed with our latest pet cremator … he ordered one!
Towards the end of last year, we were contacted by a prospective customer who was looking to order a new pet cremator. One of the reasons he came to us was because he was disappointed with one of the pet cremation units he already had and he recognised that its limitations were preventing him from developing his business in the way that he wanted. The other reason was that we had been highly recommended to him by one of our repeat customers. Consequently, he came to visit us and to meet our team just before Christmas when, purely by coincidence, we were putting the finishing touches to the pet cremator we wrote about last week. As soon as he saw this bespoke multi-chamber unit he exclaimed: “That’s just what I want”, and within days he had placed his order.
In addition to actually being able to see a multi-chamber pet cremator that ticked all the boxes for him, our visitor was equally impressed by our team’s unrivalled pet cremation industry knowledge, as well as by our flexible approach and range of skills that enable us to produce and engineer bespoke designs that ensure all our customers’ needs are met exactly.
After discussing his own ideas and listening to his future plans we agreed that the pet cremator he had seen in our workshop was almost, but not quite what his business required. If you recall, the pet cremator we wrote about last week incorporated 9 separate pet cremator chambers including an extra-large hot hearth primary chamber that had two stacked smaller chambers built-in on either side. In order to promote maximum energy efficiency, the roofs of the lower chambers also created a hot hearth for the upper ones. Also as part of this tailor-made pet cremation unit, we had incorporated four small, appropriately sized chambers dedicated for small pet cremation.
The only additional feature our new customer requested was for his pet cremator specification to include two supplementary small pet cremator chambers. It was a request that we were more than capable of satisfying and very happy to comply with.
Having received our proposals and prices our new customer very quickly came back to confirm that he was more than happy to proceed and so we are now getting underway with producing the finalised drawings and commencing construction.
