Another delighted pet cremation customer and another recommendation
A few weeks ago we reported how one of our existing pet cremation customers had recommended us to David Mason, who owns Central Pet Cremations in Falkirk, Scotland. We also revealed how satisfying for us it was that the quality of our equipment and the excellence of our service was recognised sufficiently for customers to go out of their way to recommend us. Now, even though it is only a matter of weeks since we built and installed his new pet cremation plant, David has been so impressed that he has written to thank us for our outstanding service. So impressed was he that he told us in his note that he has already recommended us to yet another pet cremation operator in Scotland.
Here is what David wrote:
“Firstly I’d like to thank you and your team for my new cremator. Every step of the way I’ve been very impressed, so thank you. I’ve already recommended your company/machine to a friend who has a crematorium in the Aberdeen area. He’s coming for a visit soon as he’s in the market for a new cremator. I’m certain he’ll be as impressed as I am.”
