It was a case of “Lights, Camera, Action” last Tuesday at our Hyde site when SKY TV arrived to film a sequence for their upcoming series ‘Engineering for the Future’.
As we are acknowledged as one of the country’s leading incinerator designers, manufacturers and installers the SKY research team chose us because as part of their focus on future engineering trends they were keen to highlight how specialist industries such as Todaysure Mathews are meeting the needs of changing attitudes and legislation regarding waste disposal and protection of the environment. They were particularly keen to film our design and engineering processes and also wanted to show a number of the finished incinerator designs that were in our workshops awaiting packaging and transportation to different customers across the UK and around the world.
As part of their production SKY interviewers also spoke to several of our design, administration and engineering people and they were anxious to get details about how Pet Cremation was fast becoming a more and more important requirement throughout the country and how this was being reflected in our own incinerator design and manufacturing activities.
You can read more about our incinerator designs range by going to our Products Guide page where you can also discover more about our latest Animal Cremation technology.
After finishing their filming schedule at Hyde the SKY team then went to film one of our most recent installations, which is a state-of-the-art, multi-chamber pet cremator in Leyland.
We understand that the programme will be broadcast sometime in November on SKY channel 189.
